This place is right off the pedestrian mall in the middle of Old Town. Perfect location. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was amazing — close to everything and easy to walk around. The staff was friendly when we did interact with them, but there was never anyone at the front desk. If you need assistance or if something happens at the property, you have to text or WhatsApp a number, and the response can take a while. The room itself was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine, nothing special but functional. Overall, it’s a good stay if you value location and don’t mind limited on-site service.

Really enjoyed the comfort and layout of the space. Wonderful interior and great design. I had a wonderful stay. The noise from the bar was not an issue at night and the location to the town was exceptional. I will be back with my family.

Located at the very heart of the old town in a renovated antoque building. Cannot be reached by car, but hotel personnel ( Josip) will help with the luggage. No lift, but Josip will help also here. Walking distance from any old town monument and restaurant. Lots of atmosphere and very cosy. A very interesting experience overall.

We had an amazing stay at Villa 5db. It’s a prime location in the old town. Our room overlooked the main street in the old town. It was a modern style room that was spacious, with a huge bathroom and closet and immaculately clean. There were tons of dining options in and around the villa. We were in walking distance of all the major areas one should visit in the old town. Paula and her team were the best hosts. I asked her for recommendations for a hair salon so I could get a blow out. She not only recommended a place but she called and got me an appointment. Paula even helped to arrange a pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport. I would highly recommend you book the villa for your stay in Dubrovnik.

Great location in a nicely renovated apt.

Great location with a helpful host. But the bar behind the hotel played very loud dance music to 2am each night- on weeknights— making it hard to sleep. Very recently updated!

The location is everything!! The only stairs we took was to go up to the room inside the building which is rare in Dubrovnik. Room was clean and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend this place for convenient stay in Dubrovnik.

Villa 5db is right in the centre of Dubrovnik old town on the main street Stradun so it’s convenient for all the sights. The property is lovely and the staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful and great communication. Can be noisy at night but this was to be expected given the location and wasn’t a problem. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Location is everything

Amazing location. Really friendly & helpful staff. Spacious room. Only downside is it’s right beside a very good bar in oldtown, so if you want to sleep on a Saturday it will be 2-3am before it quietens down. My advice, just go to the bar.

If you are looking to stay in Old Town Dubrovnik you can’t get any better location than Villa 5db. Everything is 5 minutes away. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Staff is very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is ear plugs as the pub across the street gets very lively.

Perfect location in the heart of Old Town. Our room was very spacious. Be aware there is no elevator and stairs are curving, but help is available to get luggage up and down. Much appreciated!! Good recommendations for restaurants!

Amazing stay

Location was fantastic for our stay, but the room itself was the highlight. It was very spacious and well appointed. Our windows were overlooking the Stradun and we were concerned it might be noisy, but at night it was very quiet. We were able to do our remote working easily with the large desk and fast wi-fi which is essential for us. Josip was very welcoming and was always available for assistance if required. We highly recommend staying here.

Very cool apartment in the center of the old city. The staff is welcoming, kind and very helpful. Be mindful that it’s an apartment, not a hotel. Also, since the location is within the city walls you should prepare for concomitant street noise. Finally, use 5 db help in lugging baggage!

Right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. This well designed and stylish room was comfortable and close to all restaurants and activities. The communication was excellent with the host who greeted us on arrival. Everything was perfect! Except the villa is located near an Irish pub which was noisy after 8.30 pm. I’m sensitive to noise and it wasn’t a problem! A pair of ear plugs did the trick! Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in the Old Town. Very clean apartment right in the middle of old town Dubrovnik. No complaints. But note- there are stairs with no lift. We were on the 3rd floor and had to carry our suitcases up. No shower. Just a handheld shower so I had to sit in the bath and use the hand held shower to wash my hair. No bench Space in the bathroom. A little noisy at night but no problem when you use provided ear plugs.

This property is in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It's easy to walk to all of the main sites. The property itself is impressive. My room was large and modern. The bed was uncomfortable because it was two twins pushed together with an uncomfortable lump in the middle. There was not enough towels for the room, and it was never cleaned during my 4 day and night stay even though I asked for the room to be cleaned. There was no bottled water in the room, and no hotel staff on site. It felt like I was staying in an apartment. Even though it was nice to stay in the heart of old town, when I had an early check out to catch my flight, without hotel staff to assist, I struggled to get my luggage down several flights of steep stairs (there is no elevator), and then I had to walk my luggage about 10 minutes away in the pouring rain, alone, in order to catch a ride to the airport. The room itself is fabulous, but had I known there was no onsite staff or services, I would not have chosen to stay here.

Loved our stay here! This is a prime location in the old town if that’s what you’re looking for. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff is also very accommodating. Be aware you are on the main avenue of old town and it was quite loud late into the night-there are also a couple of very busy bars right next door. The villa does provide ear plugs, but honestly, we were so tired we didn’t need them lol! Would absolutely stay here again.
