"The hotel is excellent. You can go to the beach from lift. My room has a balcony so that every day I can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is good in term of food and the environment. During my stay, my room door has issue and hotel staff fixed it immediately. And to apologize, they send me a bottle of red wine 👍👍 You can walk to old town in 15 min and on the way to old town , the view is good. "

"Located near where the cruise ships dock; it's a perfect place to checkout the old town or wander up to Sunset Beach with all the restaurants and bars...and yes, sunsets. The rooms were clean and big...and the beds were comfy. All the staff were very helpful; we also were able to enjoy an afternoon at the pool...so lovely. Highly recommend!"

"The hair dryer outlet is not working and another potable hair dryer is too hot and not working either . I do suggest you fix it asap . We are living in the penthouse 2 bedrooms . Other than them , this apartment is spacious and perfect ."

"What a fine hotel this is! I had high hopes but it still exceeded expectations. Private Transfer is definitely worth it if your time is limited. Food is pricier than city but quality is superb and the breakfast is perfect. What really makes the hotel is the staff. Extremely good at making you relaxed and feeling welcomed. When the weather turned and an issue with our return day arose, they had arranged a boat, a driver and a new hotel so that our stay was seamless… and all before we had time to...
