Good quiet location with lovely sea view. Excellent for having a sunset view at the outdoor restaurant. Nice breakfast and brilliant buffet for dinner! Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time here.

Large balcony, modest but lovely room. Breakfast included was plentiful. Great location on the water but definitely need a taxi to get into town (otherwise it’s a nearly hour walk along bumpy road & small sidewalks). This is not a luxury hotel but I has what is needed in the rooms and the balconies are great.

The hotel was a very comfortable seaside hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. We reported a small problem and this was remedied very quickly. The location was lovely.

Very nice ambiance. Clean and beautiful. Staff are great. We had a very relaxing stay. We tried breakfast lunch and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. All were good. May come back in future.

The staff were very helpful and special thanks to Paula. She helped us figure out how to use the city bus and booked several great tours. The location is good and the view was beautiful. The building however is a bit tired and there is no elevator.

Hotel Splendid is perfectly situated on the water with access on property. Water access is open to public so guests and locals enjoy it so it can ne crowded. Hotel has small rooms and minimal amenities, basic towels. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety for everyone. The hotel has potential to be amazing but needs some updating and repair in spots - carpeting etc.

Property is in a great location with using the bus to get around. Be mindful there is no lift so you need to haul all of your luggage. The restaurant is delicious with a great view and Paula at the front desk is wonderful! Room is a little outdated but the view makes up for it!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel with beautiful facilities. It has direct access to the beach, and restaurant on site. Close to pedestrian only boulevard with shopping and restaurants. The stop to public bus is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient to go to the old town.

The included breakfast was spectacular with a beautiful view out over the water. The hotel was also easily accessible by the number 4 bus route.

Room was very clean. Staff we met in all areas of hotel were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is older but well maintained. Great for families. Nice touches like breakfast box for early departure if all inclusive package.pricing for pool bar etc was very fair and good size portions, buffet selection small but home made and delicious.
