Welcome to apartment Hedera A40, a spacious and modern 54m2 retreat located in the sought-after neighborhood of Montovjerna, Dubrovnik. Situated in a newly built building, this stylish apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, complete with a stunning sea view and private parking in the garage.

Step inside, and you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed living room, thoughtfully decorated to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The ample space allows for relaxation and entertainment, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the enchanting city of Dubrovnik. Large windows frame the mesmerizing sea view, creating a picturesque backdrop that you can enjoy from the comfort of the living area.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those who love to indulge in home-cooked meals or simply enjoy a quick snack. With modern appliances and ample counter space, you'll have everything you need to prepare and savor delicious dishes with a touch of Croatian flavor.

Apartment Hedera A40 offers two well-appointed bedrooms to accommodate your party comfortably. The first bedroom comes with a plush double bed, providing a tranquil haven for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom features twin beds, making it an ideal arrangement for families or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished and designed to ensure a relaxing stay.

The apartment's bathroom is clean and modern, offering all the necessary amenities for your convenience. Refresh yourself with a rejuvenating shower or take your time getting ready for another day of adventure in Dubrovnik.

Step outside onto the private balcony, and you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding landscapes. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while basking in the refreshing sea breeze or to unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the horizon.

An added convenience of apartment Hedera A40 is the private parking space in the garage. You can rest assured that your vehicle is safe and secure while you explore the treasures of Dubrovnik on foot or by public transport. Please be aware that the maximum vehicle height for the parking space is 1.80 meters.

Montovjerna's location provides easy access to the city center, allowing you to experience the historic charm of Dubrovnik's Old Town, along with its vibrant cultural scene and delectable local cuisine.

Amenities include: AC (bedroom and the living room), underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, heating, washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove, coffee maker, , toaster, iron and ironing board and a clothes drying rack.

Apartment sleeps 4 (+2*) guests.

* Possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa-bed in the living room.

The use of a sofa bed costs 20 € per person, per night.

*Pets are welcome with an additional charge of 10€ per pet per day

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

Nice apartment... but not the best location !

The apartment was perfect, super clean and consistent with the description in the ad. The element that disappointed us was its location. The city of Dubrovnik is very easy to do on foot but the apartment we had booked was at the top of a hill, where we had to climb 238 steps before arriving at the building. So very little cafe and atmosphere around the apartment which makes us a little isolated. The view is however fantastic
