階段が大変かも

部屋が3階だったので、階段の昇り降りにゼイゼイした。ベッドroomに1人、リビングにソファーベット(ダブルで快適)利用で1人。キッチン付きだが、2人だと食器類がイマイチ感。場所は門から近く、わかりやすいです。手前のカフェで、オーナーと連絡を取ってもらえます。

旧市街の中にあるホテル

チェックイン/アウトの際は向かいのカフェバーの店員に頼んでホテルの人を呼んでもらう。 5分くらいで来てくれるので不便は感じなかったが、カフェバーの空いていない時間など想定外の対応がどうなるかは不明。部屋にはバルコニーが2つあり、窓から外を見ると住人の気分が味わえる。

とっても過ごしやすいアパートメントです。

シングル2つで予約しましたが、ダブルとソファベッドでした。でも部屋は清潔感があり、なんといっても旧市街の中なので観光にはとっても便利でした。

ロケーション優先で睡眠不足覚悟のホテル

初日予約したタイプの部屋が満室で狭い部屋に回された。上階でパーティが夜通しあり睡眠不足に陥った。現金払を要求され、カードしかないと言うと初日不備のディスカウントが帳消しになった。

中心街から近い便利な場所

旧市街の中にあるので、観光にはすごく便利な場所でした。ただ路地の中にあるので、路地の入り口の建物に掘られている通り名を確認しないと迷います。着いたら管理人のパブロさんに連絡して鍵をもらって使い方の説明を受けますが、親切でおいしいお店やおすすめスポットも教えてくれます。普段はどこかにいますが電話をすればすぐに来てくれるので心配する事もありませんでした。夜に隣のバーの音楽が聞こえてくるのが気になりましたが、清潔で便利なので、気軽に泊まれるいいところでした。

No hubo servicio de limpieza. El WC con una fuga de agua que dificultaba su uso. La TV y la secadora de pelo no funcionaban.

Limpieza y habitación ok

Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena, el Lugar muy céntrico. La Habitación en muy buenas condiciones y limpia. El único problema es que actualmente en la casa de al lado está construyendo algo, y el ruido es un poco molesto. Pero es un detalle.

差勁服務飯店

沒有固定接待處，需要預先聯絡對面餐廳戶主到住宿地方開門，非常不方便，房內表面良好，實際損壞嚴重，例如，沐浴期間整個浴室門脫落，非常危險，接待的人放下鎖匙兩句說話便急速離開，一切自行處理。

Dubrovnik Apt is a Good Value

The apartment was well appointed and well stocked with modern conveniences. The only issue I had is that I had to pay cash on check out and not on my card. I thought that it was a tad dubious, but I agreed and went and took money out. Please be aware of this if you do book.

Was a great stay in a beautiful place. Little bit loud some nights because you are close to the main street. Windows are not sealed. But makes up for it in the location and comfort.

Great place

I read some reviews just prior to arriving in Dubrovnik and found myself a bit worried about our stay. I should not have been worried at all. Our apartment was absolutely fantastic. Very cute, easily enough space for 3 people. A/C worked like a charm. There was a cute little kitchen area that, had we stayed in Dubrovnik longer we might have made use of. An unexpected bonus was the blow dryer in the bathroom. We had zero issues with Wi-fi and all 3 people being on it at once. We went to the address that was on our booking & found no one there as a prior review had said. However, we had no problems tracking down Pablo. I used my cell phone to call the number on the booking & he answered almost immediately and said he would be there in just a minute. And a local who was working at the end of the street came to tell us that he, too, went ahead and called Pablo on our behalf because he could tell that's who we were waiting to meet. Pablo was laidback, friendly and helpful - gave us a map, told us different areas we might like and things we shouldn't miss. I would definitely recommend this place!

Tar ej kort vid betalning på hotellet vilket ej framgick vid bokning. Otroligt arg och besviken över detta då det medförde en hel del komplikationer för oss. Detta är inte acceptabelt isåfall skall det klart och tydligt framgå vid bokning.

Perfect Location

Our family rented a couple of apartments and could not be more happy with the location, the excellent service and the comfort at Luxury X. Since parking is difficult in Dubrovnik, Pablo met our family and guided us directly to the apartment. It was perfect as the apartment is located on street level in a perfect spot to start our adventure. An added bonus was having the Gatsby restaurant just outside our door. We cannot say enough about the excellent service throughout our stay at Gatsby and Luxury X. Thank you for making it a great trip. We will come back.

hotel.com does not keep it's promises at all!!!

When we got to the address appointed by Hotel.com it was totally wrong. It was the office address so we had to walk far with our Heavy bags in order to get to the hotel. We had booked and payed for a 4-star room. The complex where our room was situated only had 3 stars. we had booked a room with 2 separate bed, we got ONE Queen sized bed instead. I have been mailing to Hotel.com 2 twise and asked them for comments an compensation. So far not a singel comment or message from them apart from the automatic message "Thank you for contacting us.We do everything we can to help you and one of our representatives will soon contact you" Sure...I wonder how long soon is. Hotel.com will not be an option for our family or friends bookings anylonger!!!!

Centralt med bra värd

Bra värd som tog hand om en på ett naturligt sätt. Tyvärr hade vi oturen att få grannar som inte brydde sig ett dugg om att folk i regel vill sova på nätterna. Centralt läge i gamla stan.

im Prinzip ja, aber....

Wir hatten das Zimmer aufgrund der Beschreibung im Internet gewählt, was sich aber als vollkommen falsch erwies. Der Betreiber erklärte uns, dass er uns ein anderes Zimmer geben würde, weil das von uns gebuchte über einem Restaurant und damit zu laut wäre. Außerdem sollten wir bei 8 Nächten etwas mehr Platz bekommen. Das uns zugewiesene stockdunkle Kämmerchen im Dachgeschoss war höchstens 15 qm groß und sehr kärglich ausgestattet. Auf unsere Reklamation brachte uns der Betreiber am nächsten Tag einen Fön und einen Wasserkocher. Er war zwar sehr freundlich, der Gegensatz zum Internetauftritt und der Wirklichkeit war aber zu groß, um das noch auszugleichen.
