Basic but good.

3 nights in Dubrovnik as part of a 3 week tour of Croatia. Location and view of ocean and old City are outstanding. Be prepared to walk LOTS of steps to get anywhere. No Parking nearby, so you have to schlep your luggage or figure out a taxi. The closest public garage is a scam to rip off tourists. Do not park there. It was 91 euros for 14 hours. The place is VERY basic by American standards, but I would recommend it.

Great property next to the Old Town. A bakery, supermarket and laundromat are within a short walk from the property. Beds were very comfortable with a good shower and enough kitchen facilities for a short stay. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was perfectly located to explore Old Dubrovnik and the area around the city itself. The apartment was clean and safe. Outside there is the sitting area which was perfect to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day of exploring and getting to know fellow travelers. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return someday.

Amazing location just outside of Pile gate. Beautiful view out the windows. Air conditioner worked great. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance but not right around the corner. The room was large and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host did not speak much English, but we managed to get by by using hand gestures. The property was conveniently located on the main road, as a result, it can be noisy with passing cars when we opened the windows. If the windows could open out, it would have been an added bonus as the view from the flat looks directly onto one of the gates to the City wall. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Great situation

Great apartment ideally situated just a few minutes walk outside the the walled city. Steps down to Pile Gate directly outside apartment. Very clean and great views over the walls. Would definitely recommend and come back again

The apartments are very clean, very well kept abd in an absolute prime location. You are steps away from busy stops, walking distance to dining options, tour locations and all entrances into the old town. Be mindful that due to the geography in Dubrovnik old town as a whole, stairs are unavoidable. You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs, but it's not a crazy ordeal like it would most definitely be in you are staying INSIDE the old town. So much better option. As far as the communication and staff: communication by the property management company is very good ahead of arrival. But getting help or actual communication with the on site host is hard and not clear at all. This should not be a major issue but I mention it because it can throw you off if you are not prepared. Be sure to inform your arrival time beforehand. Know that once on site, you will need to go through the main gate of the apartment building and knock on the door to get someone to show you to your room and provide keys. Other than communication being a slight challenge, parking is so difficult and expensive! So if you can, avoid having a rental with you while staying in the city. There are parking options but they are expensive! (€40/ day is the average around the area). That being said, the property itself and the location are prime. Cone prepared and you'll enjoy a magical time!

Great spacious property with good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Easy downhill walk to the old town, but the steps back up are a challenge! Easy walk both ways to the cable car. There was some street noise at night but otherwise very happy with the stay.

Ruim appartement met een mooie badkamer. Ligt net buiten het historische centrum wel aan een drukke weg. Er was geen keukentje aanwezig. Toch lastig ontbijten zonder borden en bestek. Wel een koelkasten en watermolen. Parkeren in de omgeving is een hele opgave. De enige mogelijkheid is de parkeergarage 700 meter verderop. Zonder van te voren te reserveren kost dat 405 euro voor 3 dagen!!! (Donderdagavond tot zondagmorgen.) Met een reservering ongeveer de helft. Taxi vanaf vliegveld is een stuk goedkoper. Achteraf hadden wij onze huurauto, we kwamen van Split, gelijk moeten inleveren, op het vliegveld en een taxi heen en terug pakken. Als laatste Dubrovnik zit vol met trappen en hellingen. Er is nauwelijks een vlak stukje te bekennen. Geen aanrader voor iemand die minder ter been is.

위치가 아주 좋습니다 공항버스 케이블카 정류장 가깝고 올때도 버스터미널,페리터미널에서 오는 버스정류장 비로 앞이고 필레문이나 북문으로 올드타운 진입도 편해요 3층 방이었는데 계단이 좀 좁고 방도 상당히 좁았습니다 그게 좀 아쉽네요 아파트먼트 임에도 주방이나 세탁 이런건 불가능합니다

Αρκετά καλο κατάλυμα με δυο δωμάτια το ενα συνυπάρχει με τη κουζίνα κοιμηθήκαμε 4 άτομα χωρις προβλήματα καθαρό μπανιο μα πανω απο ολα ειναι το σημείο του καταλυματος ακριβώς εξω απο την κεντρική πύλη του κάστρου έπρεπε να κατέβεις αρκετά σκαλιά μεχρι εκει αλλα ένιωθες πως ησουν μεσα στο κάστρο με το προνόμιο να εχεις και το αυτοκίνητο το οποίο παρκάραμε ακριβώς απο εξω απο το διαμέρισμα μονο αρνητικο το ασταθή WiFi αλλα οκ ειμαστε στη ΕΕ Οποτε ισχύουν τα προγράμματα των εταιριών

깔끔한 방, 좋은 위치 하지만 계단이 ㅠ

숙소는 사진대로 깔끔해요 그렇지만 방이 좀 작고 구글지도로 봤을때는 숙소에서 관광지로 가는 길이 계단이 없어보였는데 실제로는 상당한 계단이 있어서 처음 공항버스를 타고 펠레게이트에서 내려 숙소까지 가는데 상당히 애를 먹었습니다(캐리어가 있어서 더더욱,,,) 그리고 거쳐야 할 숙소입구부터 숙소 방까지 문이 총 3개를 거쳐야하는데 매번 키로 돌려야해서 귀찮기도 했어요.
