Everything you want and more, gorgeous water and bay views, parking lot right under the building, a building which is basically a mall stocked up with all the stores you might need plus a beautiful cafe and resto!! This hotel itself is the destination! You can take the bus to the old town or uber for 7 mins ! Definitely coming back!

Very good location with beautiful views of Gruz bay and access to bus stop to frequent buses into old town. Quiet and comfortable stay. Reception staff were extremely informative and welcoming and did their best to resolve a problem with soapy water seeping back up onto the bathroom floor from a drain and they sought to involve maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the maintenance staff didn't appear during our four night stay despite the reception staff and housekeeper doing their best to mop the leakage with towels. It was a daily problem and unpleasant to return to a wet bathroom floor every day, a problem that should have been sorted. Overall, a lovely place with friendly welcome and good location.

Very very misleading. Doesn't look like the pictures at all, and was filthy- urine stains on the toilet seats, garbage in the garbage cans, and literally balls of hair on the bed. Also, they made it seem like the place was a hotel. Its not, its juat a room you access from an elevator. The staff was absolutely amazing though, he was 10/10. Everything else was horrible.

Fantastic stay at the Adriatic Deluxe Apartments - Our apartment with jacuzzi on the balcony was the highlight of our trip - Such a lovely space, just to chill and enjoy the Croatian sunshine!! …and the views over the port were amazing both day & night!! - The staff were very friendly and efficient especially Ana and the gent on the front desk - Made our stay even better!! Would visit again and would recommend to friends also.

The property was well located and clean. Staff was quite helpful and quick in responding. The neighbourhood is well connected and very close to old town. Somethings in the room were not working so had to trouble the staff more frequently. Otherwise everything was perfect. Room comes with small kitchen and fridge.

There were many restaurants but we were here offseason but still had enough options for food and bakeries. Uber was cheap to old town but the bus was right behind the hotel. The view was absolutely amazing.

Such a great place for an extended stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and the staff are just excellent and love to help where they can. Room has everything you need. Couldnt recommend it enough. I will definitely be back.
