It is located in a very safe area of Dublin City Centre with absolutely everything on your door step - It is on on Kildare Street ,Just off St Stephens Green, and opposite the 5 Star Shelbourne Hotel - less than a 5-minute walk to The Royal College of Surgeons, Trinity College & Grafton Street

This beautiful, newly refurbished Luxury high end one bed apartment is very bright, comfortable & a spacious place with all mod-cons. It has been refurbished to a 5 star hotel quality in keeping with its location and it is a very stylish design. It has only just been listed on Vrbo for the first time so everything is brand new - Hotel quality beds, top quality bed linen, new furniture, new bathrooms, new fully fitted kitchens etc. The apartment is also fitted with an elevator making it wheelchair accessible.

It is surrounded by trendy restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and all key city attractions including museums, libraries, galleries, public transport, theatres etc. Directly across the road is St Stephens Green for recreational activities like running, jogging, walking and nature gazing.

Great flat in a great location

Marion was a wonderful host - very responsive, when needed. My husband, adult daughter and I stayed in the flat for the month of June. We loved the location which allowed us to live like locals - and still enjoy all the tourist attractions.

Extended Stay in Ireland

My wife and I are senior travelers that generally stay more than 30 days in a city. This was the case in Dublin. We rented this lovely, well located apartment a stones throw from St. Stephen’s Green, shopping, restaurants and Pubs. The two bedroom, two bath apartment with a kitchen, living/dining area was perfect for our stay. The building is super quiet with a lift. Even though the bedrooms face the street, they are quiet because they have double windows.The apartment agent was very responsive to our early questions and checkin was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment for the month while exploring Ireland! You can’t go wrong renting here if you are looking for a great location and a clean, comfortable, and secure place.

Awesome flat in great location

We were in Dublin for 2 weeks so was looking for a place to call home during this time. The flat is beautiful, well lit, and well equipped. It is right in the center of town, next to St Stephen’s park, but you wouldn’t know it since the flat is so quiet. We had a fabulous time. Highly recommend!
