Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
We have a strict no parties, no events and no smoking policy. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning services required. Please do not book if you are intending to party. We kindly request that you treat the property as you would your own home - please respect the neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. Keys MUST be returned to the lockbox upon checkout and please be careful not to get locked out during your stay. A fee upwards of €50 will be charged for any callouts to provide access to the property during your stay OR to the next guests if keys are not returned to the lockbox by the agreed checkout time. Please be mindful to not lose keys. If keys are lost or damaged, a fee upwards of €80 per keyset will be charged for replacements. Please remember that extension requests must be communicated before 5 p.m. on the evening before check-out. If less notice is given, in addition to the extra nights, we will apply a fee of €35 to cover the last-minute cancellation of the cleaning service. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
