Arriving at the top floor, you're greeted by a single door that opens into a spacious hallway extending to the left. Directly ahead lies the master bedroom, offering access to the expansive balcony. As you move up the hallway, the bathroom is conveniently situated on your right, followed by a boiler cupboard. The second bedroom, also has a newly installed king size bed, features French doors that also lead to the balcony, filling the room with light all day. At the end of the hallway, you'll find the inviting living area, an open-plan space encompassing a kitchen, dining, and lounging area. This room is bathed in natural light thanks to double doors that open to the bright and spacious balcony. This layout creates an airy, connected atmosphere, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with outdoor living, and ensuring a warm, welcoming feel throughout the property.
Guest Access:
Access to the property comes by entering through a locked gate at the front of the building, there is then a door at the base of the building to access the stairs, once you get to the 3rd floor there is only one door on the floor which is the front door to the property itself.
