ロビーのスタッフが親身に又、チェックイン前の手荷物預かりに柔軟に対応して頂いた事など初めての海外旅行であったが安心して宿泊することができた。朝食のビュッフェもメニューが豊富で飽きることが無かった。ドバイにおける宿泊では是非ともお勧めしたいホテル。

割と穴場なホテル

シングル・ツインを2泊利用。部屋は小さなキッチン付きで清潔感あり。収納も多いので、長期滞在用のアパートメントとしても利用できると思う。但し、隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえてくるので、遮音性は難あり。ロケーションは良く、ビジネスベイ駅の改札から10分くらい。シェイクザイードハイウェイにも面しており、Uberやタクシーも良く通るので捕まえ易い。ランプもから非常に近い。近くに大きめのスーパーが1軒あるが、レストラン等はほぼ無い。（ダンキンドーナツとフライドチキンくらい）深夜チェックインのフロントの対応も含めて、満足度は高い。

立地・価格・設備のどれをとってもコスパと使い勝手の良いホテルだと思います。周りにレストランがないのが欠点ですが、アルコールを楽しみたい私達は決まったレストランで食事をしてホテルに戻っていたので問題ありませんでした。優雅さには欠けますが、ドバイ旅行をアクティブに楽しみたい方にはぜひオススメしたいホテルです。【立地】ドバイメトロのBusiness Bay駅から4分ほどです。空港からはメトロで約30分、オールドドバイの地区へは約20分、Brju Khalifaやドバイモールは隣の駅（歩けません）、ビーチエリアには約20分と大体の主要観光地にはアクセスが良く毎日メトロを利用して行動しました。また、ホテルの前の道路からBrju Khalifaが上半分以上見えるので、年越しはホテル前の道路で花火を楽しめます。周りに飲食店はありませんが（隣にドーナッツ屋とカフェあり）、New Safestwayというイオン並みに大きなスーパーが隣にあり、生鮮食品・野菜・焼き立てのパン・お惣菜があるので、食料の調達には困りません。【部屋】日本のビジネスホテルに比べれば十分に広く2人分の荷物は余裕で広げることができます。部屋の中でストレッチできるくらいの余裕はあります。バスタブ付き、シャワーの水圧も問題なく、キッチンやカトラリーがあるので簡単な料理はできると思います。【食事】朝食は1回のカフェで。メニューに代わり映えしませんが、現地料理もあるので新鮮です。卵料理をオーダーすれば作って席に運んでくれます。目玉焼き・オムレツ・エッグベネディクトなどあるので、それだけでも毎日飽きずに楽しめます。ルームサービスで注文したChekin Biryani（Dh45）はとても美味しく、旅行の中でも一番だったかもしれません。精算は現金かカードが選べます。【施設】5階に簡単なフィットネスジムとシャワールーム、屋上にプールがあります。12月ながらプールは午前中から利用してる人がチラホラいました。【その他】チェックイン前とチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれます。またチェックアウト後でも5階のシャワー利用をOKもらえたので、深夜3時発の飛行機に合わせ21時頃にホテルで荷物を受け取りシャワーを浴びて空港に向かうことができました。

リーズナブル！5つ星を期待すると外れますが問題なく快適に過ごせます

女性ひとり旅・安全面：問題なし・Wi-Fi：無料。部屋でも快適につながります・チェックイン：クラッシックルームのベランダ付き、シービューを予約していましたが、エミレーツパレス側をリクエストしたところ無料でＯＫ。ただし低層階の3階でした。フロントの男性は笑顔もあり親切で、部屋の用意ができるまでフロント横のカフェで待つよう無料のドリンクチケットをくださいました。・部屋：特筆すべきことはありませんが普通に清潔です。ベランダには1人掛けのイスが2つ、小さなサイドテーブルが１つあります。3階のベランダからでもプレジデントパレス、エミレーツパレスが何もさえぎるものなく見られます。・プール：宿泊者数と比較し狭いので常にいっぱいです。・ビーチ：海上に安全ロープも張ってあり監視員もいます。エティハドタワーも海側からきれいに見えます。・朝食：ビュッフェスタイル。アラビックはバラリートのみ（甘い春雨のようなパスタ）、他は一般的なよくある普通のホテル朝食。あっ、オムレツは昔ながらのタイプで焼き目があり、具沢山でたいへんおしかったです。スタッフも親切！

何かと親切な対応でした

東京へ帰る前の乗換え休憩で宿泊。駅からは近いのですが、何しろ暑いので5分でも油断出来ないなと思いました・・・。ホテルのスタッフは気が利き、こちらが言う前に確認してくれるので好印象。部屋もクリーンで、日本人が欲しい設備は全て揃っていました。一つ気になるのは、音。道路沿いに面した部屋だったので、夜中まで騒音が消えませんでした。気になる方は、予めオーダーした方が良いかと思います。

スタッフが親切！ロタナグループの特徴？

出張で連泊しました。他にも手配した部屋があり、入れ替えとか精算とかややこしかったのですが、スタッフはとても親切。出口ですぐ目を合わせて、何か手伝おうとしてくれます。昨年違うロタナグループのホテルに泊まりましたが、そこもスタッフがとても気配りしてくれましたし、ここの特徴なのかも。部屋でWIFIや３Gがつながりにくかった（ホテルのではなく）ことだけが残念ですが、他は素晴らしかったと思います。なお、洗濯乾燥機はSuiteでないとついてないのでご注意を。洗剤も持参か現地調達で。

お奨めです！

2013年11月。私と三人の息子（小学生3・1年と幼児）で5泊しました。狭めのお部屋を予約したのですが、到着時アップグレードされていました。結果的に、部屋でゆっくり過ごす時間も多かったので、広いお部屋はとてもありがたかったです。私が出会ったスタッフの方達は本当に全員親切で丁寧でした。細やかなお気遣いが嬉しかった事、数多く、5泊分書ききれません。紹介していただいたデザートサファリツアー、いいドライバーさんで、内容にも満足、ドバイで一番楽しかった思い出になりました。値段もお手頃でした。朝食のブッフェは、品数はそれ程多くありませんが、美味しかったです。部屋の設備について惜しいと思ったのは、手洗いのタップが一つ閉まりにくかった、フラッシュボタンが一つ位置が高く小学三年でも届かなかった、定員四人のお部屋に食器が二人分しか無かった、という事です。他には問題無く、自炊もちゃんと出来ました。あと、部屋に洗濯乾燥機があるのはやはりとても便利でした。四人にベッド二つというのは、我が家でギリギリでしたので、大人二人等の場合はエキストラベッドを頼んだ方が良いと思います。プールは小さ目ですが、その分混む事なく、ほぼ毎日利用しました。立地について、メトロの駅に近く、便利です。飲食店が周りにもっとあるといいなと思いましたが、空き地を挟んで隣のスーパーマーケットは重宝しました。ダンキンドーナツ、バスキンロビンスはすぐ近くにあります。ATMも近いです。総評として、とても快適な滞在でした。心のこもったおもてなしに、感謝しています。ドバイに行くなら、是非お奨めのホテルです。

バージカリファ近くのお手頃ホテル

スイートに４人で泊まったが、あらかじめエキストラベッドを２台頼んでいたのに、部屋になかった。フロントに頼んだら、すぐにきたが、１台のみで、再度頼む羽目になった。４人で１台のベッドに寝れる訳ないので、言わなくても用意しておいてほしいところ。しかも今回は、あらかじめ頼んでいたというのに…。また、その際のフロントスタッフは少しイライラした感じであった。大晦日で忙しそうだったので気持ちも分からなくないが。ただ、バージカリファが見える部屋にして欲しい、とか次に泊まる同じロタナグループのホテルにスーツケースを送って欲しいなど、こちらのわがままに応えてくれたボーイには感謝。部屋は綺麗で、バージカリファを見てカウントダウンの花火が見えたので、泊まってよかったと思う。また、食事は夜と朝食べたが、美味しかった。

系列ホテルで一番お得かも

五階建てのこじんまりしたホテル。スタッフはいい距離感で、無駄な声かけはないし、必要な時にサポートしてくれた。この地域特性通り、朝食は普通だが、ゲスト数がほどほどなので、ゆっくりとれれたし、清潔感があるのが良かった。ビジネスマンには申し分ないと思う。

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and the area is very safe. We had a suite with Burj view and really enjoyed it. Abdul was kind and pleasant. He was always there to help us with our needs. We only interacted with Atif briefly, but really appreciate his help with our transportation needs.

Vielen lieben Dank an Abdul und das ganze Team des Hotels. Wir hatten ein Nachtflug und bereits im Voraus eine frühere Ankunft angemeldet. Leider war das Zimmer nicht verfügbar und uns wurde angeboten das Swimmingpool zu nutzen und uns frisch zu machen. So gegen 11 Uhr dürfen wir das Zimmer einbeziehen. Wir hatten einen suoer Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Frühstück war toll und besonders am Wochenende abwechslungsreich. Wir dürfen unser Mietwagen im Parkhaus in der Tiefgarage parken. Obwohl wir zu dritt mit 9-jähriges Kind gebucht haben war im Zimmer nur ein Kingbett verfügbar, sodass das Zustellbett später nach Anfrage geliefert wurde. Top Location. Metro zu Fuß erreichbar und eine Station von Dubaimall und Burj Khalifa entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie Streetfood in der Nähe.

Really basic amenities across all over, room, restaurant, etc. Definitely needs freshening up. Also, they should mention they serve no alcohol at all at the property, not even at the restaurant, as it is a "dry hotel".

The staff at the Villa Rotana were lovely, very friendly and answered all our questions. We arrived at the hotel 6 hours before our check in time and the staff managed to get the room ready for us so we could rest. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend the Villa Rotana to family and friends and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

After browsing over a myriad of hotels in Dubai and choosing Villa Rotana solely on the reviews, I'm glad that I did. Exceptional place through and through, everyone in the hotel will go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and treat you as family. All the facilities at the hotel are top notch, clean and well taken care of. Breakfast is amazing. Parking garage is secure and has plenty of room. There is also a supermarket a block away in case there is anything you need. Location is fantastic, close enough to move around fairly easy and, at the same time, far away from all the hustle and bustle. We rented a car which I highly recommend if you go to Dubai, although traffic is completely crazy, but if that is not your thing, the metro station is about a block away, same as the bus stop. There was a little faux pas on Expedia's end where they only let the hotel know of my booking the same day in the morning, even though I had booked my trip for about 2 weeks, but no big deal, the guys at the front desk quickly sorted everything out and we didn't waste a minute. Big shout out to all the staff at the hotel and especially to Usman who promptly kept our room ready and clean every morning with a big smile! I will be returning to Dubai and it's safe to say that Villa Rotana will be my only option.

Nice, near metro ( 5 min walk) and park ( 15 min walk), staff very professional, very good breakfast buffet, nice pool on the top ans gym access easy, carpet in our room stained but room clean. Good place to go.

Attention, en réservant, on croit avoir une chambre à part alors qu'il n y a qu'une chambre avec un lit supplémentaire pour la 3ème personne. Bruyant car la route principale à quelques mètres : boules quies indispensables. Mais le service est impeccable.

My recent stay at Villa Rotana was overall a pleasant experience, thanks to the warm and accommodating staff and management. However, I suggest upgrading the mattresses for added comfort, widening the narrow parking area, and modernizing the entrance and lock systems for both the hotel and parking to provide a more seamless experience.

Very good hotel and our Suite was big enough The only was the noise coming from neighbours with kids running in the corridors having parents not respecting the others For a best confort the non smoking room shall be at the last floors and not the contrary
