We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Ali was very accommodating and helpful with helping us into our unit. The location was convenient, apartment layout was spacious and pretty clean. There were a few issues though. The other units in the apartment were a bit off, and the unit across from us had a flood which made the whole hallway stink of mould and garbage. The unit was also not properly cleaned out (there was someone’s undergarment left behind the bathroom door!). The staff at the reception were also extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

It is a huge building, the problem is that the pool is on the 11 floor and therefore it is very windy and not easy to swim or play in the pool with children’s. It‘s also an problem that the building is near to the highway and therefor it is very loud

Complete Lack of Assistance and Accountability

My stay at Staycae Holiday Homes was unfortunately a major disappointment. I received absolutely no assistance after losing my duty-free bag in the lobby. I specifically requested that the surveillance footage be checked from the moment I exited the taxi and entered the lobby. Instead, I was shown footage from an entirely different time — when I was on the 41st floor heading to my room. I asked twice to speak to a manager, but no one ever got back to me. This is not only unprofessional but also deeply frustrating and completely ruined my holiday. I had clear evidence of the exact time they should have checked since I was in the middle of checking in via WhatsApp with a manager. Shockingly, the manager appears to have deleted the conversation, which raises serious concerns. Fortunately, I saved the chat as proof. If it were possible to give negative stars, I absolutely would. This stay was a disaster, and I cannot recommend Staycae Holiday Homes to anyone.
