The staff is very friendly and kind! I had no complains against the staff, they all were helpful, respectful and professional, they will make you feel welcome! Unfortunately, this is NOT a 4 star hotel!! I got fooled by the stars... This is a 2 star or a 3 star on a good day! There were so many roaches in the bathroom, mold in the shower, toilet seat wobbled, sink would clog, the A/C was NOT cold, the balcony door did not lock. The breakfast was a joke, only 4 options (they called this a buffet). The gym was a hot room with a whole bunch of old machines. The hotel standards were extremely low.. I would never return to this hotel or would recommend to anyone!! At most grab the staff and place them in a real 4 star hotel! Terrible and disappointed experience... not worth it! Stay Away!

It was a reasonable hotel in a location of the older part of Dubai but it was easy to walk around the area to discover the various parts. It was accessible to many areas, was ideal to explore by foot and venturing on the Public transport, if you brave enough. As noted in a previous posting the hotel is really due for a major overall, I would not class it as a 4* Hotel without the revamp being done. The pool areas on the roof certainly required a very good clean and updating, the Gym phots on the website are carefully taken and are not as complex as you would think looking on the website. the changing room lockers have no keys to secure and some doors are hanging off. the Sauna and Steam room when I went in were not on around 4pm. but had been working earlier in the day, electrics for those would not meet UK standards with the wiring. The restaurant areas again needed a redecoration and updating also. Staff were very friendly and attentive to your needs.

Very convenient to stay for us for one night.
Handy to have own restaurant- quite nice evening meal. Staff pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable and room a good size. Wake up call fine. Room maintenance needed attention. Bath rail loose from wall, wash basin tap incomplete and kettle did not work. Reception provided a room on the first floor near the lift as requested so good service.

Hotellet blev valgt ud fra solterrassen og til min store overraskelse var den overdækket og omdannet til en aftencafe med borde og stole. Jeg blev anvist en solseng bag overdækningen, hvor der var 2,5 meter fra overdækningen til kanten. Det blev så også brugt til gamle møbler aircons og andet affald. Flere utroligt imødekommende og venlige i receptionen - dog en enkelt som hver eneste gang ikke var særlig rar - virkede tværtimod, som om man irriterede hende. Generelt lever hotellets stand slet ikke op til 4 stjerner - når vi sammenligner med tidligere oplevelser af hoteller i Dubai. Bl.a. dryppede det flere steder fra loftet på badeværelset. Beliggende i den gamle bydel - har sin charme men husk det er langt = dyrere med taxa til centrum. Og ingen kender hotellet, som åbenbart har skiftet navn fornylig. Så husk endelig adresse og tlf. til taxachaufføren.

ich muss zugeben, dass es ein angenehmes Hotel. und saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist einfach. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und ich glaube, die Leute sind gastfreundlich und gesellig
