We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai Downtown! The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everything was well organized, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the staff were always ready to help. Special thanks to Aleem Khan (Housekeeper) and Mira (Restautant) for their outstanding service, kindness, and attention to detail. They truly made my stay even more pleasant and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

It was my second time at the Pullman and I really like the location. The staff is amazing! Very friendly and helpful, I also like their breakfast. The only thing is that compared to my first time in 2024 this time the hotel looks a little dated as if it needs a renovation very soon.
