The room was clean and everything worked. The problem was Silverwoods never answered their phone and was never in the office when I went there. I never knew if I had a room there or not. On the check-in packet they had used white-out to cover my and written another name over mine which caused much confusion to me The one time they answered the phone they instructed me to call Expedia for a answer to my question. My main concern is they do not give receipts which I need for my company. The whole situation with them was confusing, irritating and stressful.

Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet. Nice walks. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Main living room and kitchen updated. Second level bedrooms dated but clean and functional. Twin bed mattresses need to be replaced. Overall, positive experience and would book again

Nice place. Terrible directions to get there.

The directions for after hours check in were really bad. It took us over an hour to find the property and that was after we had to talk to security about where yo get our keys. An address for the townhouse would be much better than the terrible map they gave us

Great Stay

Very clean, kitchen well stocked for cooking. A great back deck for grilling, and a second floor balcony off the two bedrooms. Two baths, one with a tub. Plenty of parking. Beautiful woodsy surroundings.

Difficult Access

The address for the townhouse was not listed at it's actual location. The townhouses are actually a 20 minute drive through a gated community from the address provided. Since you are not a resident of this community, you are only permitted to use the main gate furthest away from the townhouses. Check-in and check-out was confusing since the office is only open from 9am-4pm. Unless you plan to vacation at the lake, I would not recommend staying here.

(1) There was no communication. We received a notice that checking started at 4pm, but when we arrived we found that the office CLOSES at 4pm We didn't know what to do so we called customer service to walk us through it. We should have received instructions in advance. (Customer service was very nice) (2) Everyone's key is in the same lockbox with appt numbers on them. Which means everyone with access to the box has access to get (copy) everyone else's keys. In addition, I had to fill something out and put it back in the box - which means everyone with access to the box had access to that. Security was totally unacceptable!! (3) The condo is very cute but desperately needs remodeling, especially the bathrooms. Toilets remind me of what was in the grandmother's house - from the 1940's. (4) Twin beds both need to be replaced. I'm still dealing with pain from sleeping in one of them. (5) Everything looked very clean, but the whole place had an air of oldness and mustiness about it. We had also reserved a condo for our return trip. The beds were so bad, that we forfeited what we had paid to reserve a condo for the return trip and got hotel rooms. I'm still dealing with pain from sleeping in that bed. I've never given a low rating for anywhere that I stayed before.

Great value, comfortable stay. We had a living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. Furnishing were a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. We first got to our unit at night and it was a bit hard to find the right one as most of the units numbers were not lit up and there was a bush in front of ours. The gym only had two treadmills and a bike, one machine resembling a bowflex in a very small area. Due to our short stay, the gym's hours did not allow us to be able to use it; would have like extended hours of us. The lady working at the gym area was extremely nice. Overall, would definitely return.

Nice place but no communication! Very hard to find

The upstairs amazing the bedrooms on the other hand was like stepping back in to the 70s old and dirty bed coverings sheets were all stained .. the shower still had soap in it ! Check in and out was horrible no one at office . Finding the house was a nightmare because we had no directions . When we did visit the pool and game area we were followed closely by a lady , like we were going to steal something so we just left !

Nice surprise Roomy condo. Newer carpet. Quiet area. Good price for two bedrooms Beds are a bit old and lumpy Need new mattress or toppers. Check in. Very friendly staff but room key can’t be picked up till 4 pm and front office closes at 5. Overall. Would stay again. As other local motels in this area are priced very high

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely condo. Just a couple of glitches. We were told we were in one condo but given the keys for another condo. Called the office several times till we were able to talk to someone and get info corrected. A large piece of watermelon was accidentally left on the counter. It had been there awhile. Little messy on the counter but no problem. Just must have been forgotten. We enjoy staying here quite accommodating.

Have stayed here previously, so knew what to expect. Unit appliances and A/C are museum pieces, but all function properly. TVs finally upgraded to accept Roku. If you are a golfer, you are all set. If you want to put a kayak in one of the lakes and fish, forget about it. Rules posted everywhere and not all consistent. As a day-to-day renter, will not sell you a sticker to put kayak in water and are now aggressively policing it. Handout says you can fish with a PA license. Some signs say you can't unless property owner. Some signs say catch and release only. Others say 15" min for bass, but prefer catch and release. Will need to think about the yearly visits based on the water policies.
