「Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! 」

「David is an incredible host! We cannot thank him enough for hosting us for a week! Everything was just as described in the listing. The rooms were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. David was extremely receptive to all communication and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time in Canaan. We will definitely be back! *Don’t forget your fishing poles! Our 6yo son caught a huge bass, and two huge trout!」

「Great place but nothing to really do with young grandchildren. Fishing was a good day even though we didn't catch anything. 」

「We spent a little over a week in this property and it was a really good place to stay for us. Located in the middle of town many places were walkable for coffee and such. The owners are just downstairs if you need any information or they were quick to answer the apps mail as well. The apartment was well laid out and comfortable , there were plenty of towels and such available. There are also several restaurants and shops near by for food and drinks. We had a great stay and would recommend...

「We arrived at our destination early. I contacted our host about an early check in, she responded almost immediately and the answer was yes. Very cute home, close to town and provided us with all the essential's. Would definitely recommend!! 」
