"The views at Villa Antonio were spectacular and the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was just as good as we'd heard, but in addition we also really enjoyed the dinner very much. Everyone was helpful and very kind. The room itself was difficult to keep cool because the AC was not very strong, the wifi was spotty (at best), and the towels were scratchy, but the location and views made up for those minor discomforts."
"The hotel was very nice, cleaned and organized. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, we parked the car at hotel and did everything walking. All restaurants around, ice cream, market, bakery, just couple steps. WiFi worked properly, nice shower, big room, big patio, breakfast was great (staff very nice)… The indoor pool is a plus! The only thing that we wish could be different is the outside pool closing at 6pm. The indoor one closed at 8pm, why the outdoor close early?Did not make sense for us, should be at least until sunset time. We checked in around 5:30pm and wanted to go to the pool, but was about to close. That was the only thing we didn’t like.
But I definitely recommend the hotel and will certainly go back there next opportunity."
"Well located hotel; short walk to Old Town, restaurants and shops. It's an old hotel but quite typical for the area and island. Staff were helpful; breakfast buffet was not that great compared to other hotels on our trip. The hotel was very kind to allow us the use of the pool & showers after check out while we waited for our late afternoon ferry. We would recommend this hotel for a visit to Korcula."
"It’s a slightly older hotel that has been upgraded. The beds were great, linens clean, restaurant more than adequate for breakfast & great location! Everything we needed was accessible to the property. Drawbacks - the parking is so tight all you see are scrape marks on the walls! It took several attempts to park & I drove busses for a living at one point. Top of my class for my CDL. Parking was one of my best attributes, even in tight spaces or backing into it! Nice staff & friendly atmosphere. Would consider staying there again."
"This was a nice option if you are looking for a more budget-friendly hotel. Certainly not fancy but decent for the price and good for families with young kids (there is a playground in front of the hotel that even has a small enclosed trampoline park for a small fee).
It is more dated for sure than the other places we stayed on our trip, the breakfast was decent but not over the top and we didn't eat any other meals on site.
We didn't make it to any since our stay was short, but there are a lot of wineries nearby including some within reasonable walking distance.
We liked the location, there are some nice spots and a lovely beach bar that seemed to be a place a lot of locals go.
If you wanted to spend most of your time in Korcula Old Town you have to take a taxi or water taxi you may want to opt to stay closer (we couldn't get firm information about that from the hotel and ended up missing it because we didn't know when it stopped running). It's a great location for wineries which we originally planned to visit. We also spent a day at Pupnaska Luka beach which was incredible (but across the island) so we didn't want to stay right in Old Town (we went for sunset/dinner at Old Town once the heat died down a little)."
"The pool and beach area was wonderful. It was nice to be close to the water taxi to go to the old town area. We had a problem with our ac that was quickly addressed by the staff. We were close to a grocery store and also to the car ferry. Great experience!"
