Teton Valley outdoor recreation is calling and our spacious home is the perfect basecamp for your adventures. Relax in the private hot tub w/ stunning views of Grand Targhee and the Teton mountains. This new 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is well-appointed and is conveniently located just outside Grand Teton & Yellowstone National Parks. The secluded backyard is fenced in and boasts lovely park views w/ the Tetons behind. We are just minutes from Ski Hill Rd, downtown Driggs, and Grand Targhee Resort.

Spectacular Teton Mountain views are out every east-facing window and door, plus Big Hole Mountain views from the front yard. We've spent many an evening on the patio watching the sunset on the snowy peaks and we know you'll savor those moments too.



This brand-new home is fully furnished with high-end modern amenities and your group will have everything you need to come and go with ease. There are device charging stations in every room. You'll enjoy two separate living areas with TVs and couches in each so that your group can split up however you need to. Downstairs, there are games and activities for everyone to enjoy.



The private hot tub on the patio at the home is serviced between each and every guest. Like the rest of the home, we always want the hot tub experience to be spectacular for all guests.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Relax in the fully fenced-in patio and backyard with stunning mountain and park views. Behind and adjacent to the house is a large green space and park (we don't have many neighbors!). During the winter it is groomed for cross-country skiing. We love seeing the sunrise pierce through the Grand Teton in the morning and then watch the sun fade into sunset on the Tetons in the evenings. As you soak in those views, enjoy the fire pit and umbrella patio heater while grilling on the Traeger. In the summer, we have lawn games available: corn hole, croquet, huge Jenga, etc. In the winter, we love playing those games in the garage.



INDOOR LIVING

Get cozy inside in front of the fireplace and QLED Smart TV in the *upstairs* living room, dining table, leather couches, local art pieces, Wi-Fi included, Bluetooth audio in the main room, TVs in four bedrooms. The *downstairs* living area is the Map Room and it features a 75" QLED Smart TV with a leather sectional and other seating. Enjoy spirited matches of foosball while listening to your favorite music via Bluetooth audio from the soundbar.



KITCHEN

Cook and prepare your meals with ease enjoying mountain views out the back sliding door. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, electric range, center island/breakfast bar, cooking essentials, spice rack, utensils & knives, coffeemakers (french press and traditional drip coffee machine), coffee grinder, tea kettle, complimentary coffee/tea available



MAIN BEDROOM SUITE

Lovely eastern Teton views, huge adjustable king bed, soft linens, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, Smart TV, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, bidet-equipped toilet in its own room, separate closet, private shower.

Front-load washer & dryer, complimentary laundry/dish detergent, central heating, air conditioning, extra space heaters, high chair, Pack 'n Play, outdoor and indoor games, complimentary toiletries, keypad entry, free WiFi.



All linens and towels are washed with hypoallergenic detergent that has no dyes or perfumes. Please let us know if you have any allergies or conditions that we should be aware of.

Guests have full garage access with room for 2 vehicles, except two locked cabinets that contain our unmentionables, driveway (2 vehicles), street parking in front of the house: first-come-first-serve



EV CHARGING

There is a level 2 ChargePoint charger installed in the garage that can charge up to 50amps.
