"We reserved and paid for a king suite but upon check in we were given a room with two queens that smelled horrible. I contacted the manager about a refund for the difference in price, but have not heard back. Really disappointing. The other staff were kind. Breakfast was decent. Airport shuttle was quick and convenient."
