"Love the frig/freezer/kitchen. Bed was great but upstairs AC did not cool the room. We booked here because it is the only area close to the airport and they had a free shuttle. We hoped they might pick us up from the airport after dropping our rental car but they said they needed a flight number to get in. This is not a criticism but if I had known I might have found a flight number. The taxi from the airport was 35 euros so the free shuttle in the morning was appreciated. Its only on the hour but when we requested a 9:30 drop the woman said yes, but then she came at 9 am to get us. Which turned out to be a good thing because security and immigration was crazy. We barely made it to our 11:45 flight!!!!!"

"We would definitely stay at this facility again. The staff was very helpful with an issue that required I be driven to a courier office in town. There was a reasonable charge for that. Free shuttle to the hotel was definitely a plus. The hotel is tucked into a neighborhood (which I found quaint), but is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We chose not to walk and were driven to and picked up from, the restaurant free of charge (also a nice touch). We found the place clean and comfortable. The facility could use a few little updates (no globe on an exposed lightbulb, for example), but we were told those are scheduled upgrades for this winter. That was a small item and definitely wouldn't prevent us from staying there again. The place was small and had a family feel to it."

"We love this hotel- just 20 minutes from the airport, we use it to rest and recharge after the long flight from the US. Gorgeous view, excellent pool, great bar and breakfast. The staff are so friendly and helpful!"

"All was good with the physical property and the on site staff was excellent in helping me through check in difficulties, and transportation to the airport, even though we did not speak the same language. Google translate helped a little too. The support line was there when I contacted and spoke my language (English) and after some discussion about me not having access to my email or WhatsApp did dispatch a person to help me with accessing the room for an early check in for an extra 20 Euros. I would have waited for regular time but just wanted to make sure I got in. Overall I did get access support, but it definitely could have been smoother. Apparently I missed some questionnaire that was emailed to me after booking online, but it wasn't apparent when I was booking that it was a requirement. Another couple arrived when I was going through this process and they also had problems for access but with my help on contacting the phone support they were able to resolve it faster. To improve the online booking and check in process I would suggest they ask all relevant questions in the booking and make it a clear Pop up for the room number and the lock box combination. No on site office."
