Built around a collection of reclaimed windows, the treehouse is filled with history, character and natural light.

Inside you’ll find a king platform bed, cozy living space, records and vinyl, books, games, a smart projector and the unforgettable 69-inch clawfoot soaking tub surrounded by those beautiful old windows.

Outside, relax among the trees, swing, lounge in the hammock or gather around the fire.

🚎 TROLLEY PARTON

Just a short stroll away is Trolley Parton—a retired vintage trolley transformed into a cozy Tennessee retreat and devoted to a little bit of Dolly magic.

The original trolley door is still your entrance. Inside are vintage details, colorful touches, a queen bed, records, a deep soaking tub, a Zen space and plenty of personality.

Outside, the trolley opens onto a sprawling 400-square-foot deck overlooking the pasture and woods.

What makes this property special is that nothing about it feels mass-produced.

The treehouse grew from reclaimed materials and stories. The trolley was rescued from its former life and given a second one. Both were created slowly, creatively and with a whole lot of heart.
