"Complimentary breakfast was great, evening reception was nice with 2 alcoholic drinks per person & soda pop for the kids. Very family-friendly place, very clean, liked the layout of this hotel, perfect spot close to old market, riverfront & downtown Omaha. Parking was close & secure. Good customer service. The one thing I was surprised about was no fan in the bathroom, so a bit damp when we each took a shower, but not a dealbreaker. Price was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again."

"When we arrived our room was not quite ready. That was ok the staff right away gave us free parking & offered us a water while we waited. They recognized it quickly and took care of us quickly. Really nice place to stay. The room was really good. I am a family of 5 so sometimes a little crowded."

"The staff was fantastic! The rooms could have used a mini fridge, or even more working ice machines on each floor (we tried 5 different floors. But otherwise, it was clean enough, people were great, and we had a great stay. Thank you!"
