"The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was sufficient and clean. I have no complaints overall. If I could say one thing, the coffee in the room left something ro be desired. The Kuerig was easy to use but the provided pods were either old and stale or just not good. When you start your day with a coffee, it really does need to be Great. However, over all our stay was great and we will come back the next time we head to Cranbrook. "
