「Great staff!」

「The front desk staff were」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast service was a clear step up from other hotels we have stayed at. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay!」

「日本人で英語があまり得意ではなかったけど優しく対応していただきました！」

「Room was extremely nice and clean, property was very nice as well」

「The staff was extremely helpful. This is what sticks with me」

「A little underwhelming. Room had a musty smell and the bed spread had stains on it. Overall, not a terrible experience. Staff was very friendly but the cleanliness was not to my standard, especially for a Hilton property. It needs some attention for sure.」

「Everything was top tier」

「The hotel was very nice. My only confusion was that upon checkin I was informed that since I booked through a third party, they could not accept any other discounts such as AAA. I could only use AAA if I had booked directly with the hotel. Lesson learned.」

「A pleasant experience」
