"It was centrally located within walking distance of lots of things. Felt a little uneasy about the parking and neighborhood."

"It is a beautiful hotel and the location couldn't be beat. We didn't realize how close/walking distance we were to everything we wanted to do, including our show at the Showbox we attended. My ONLY complaint is....why no coffee in the rooms??? Or even in the lobby? That didn't make any sense. That's the least you can do for guests. We also didn't love the $60/night parking fee. We didn't know how close we were to everything so the car sat there for 2 nights without ever taking it out. :-( Other than that, the staff is stellar, the room was clean and super nice, with a great view."

"Unfortunately, our experience was pretty negative. Our rooms were only cleaned once in 5 days after I had complained. We asked for new towels multiple times and didn’t receive. My husband had to roam the hallways finding a cleaning cart for toilet paper when our kids were using the bathroom. At the cost of the hotel, expects would be a cleaned room each day, fresh towels, and responsive service. We were visiting with family and both had the same experience. Breakfast was also difficult- I waited 20 minutes for a fork one morning. They ran out of food early and took forever to refill items. There was a lively courtyard and one helpful staff that supported our using it to grill for our family, but otherwise- I would not say again and was very frustrated."
