「The property was conveniently located near everything we wanted to visit. The daily breakfast helped get us ready for the day, although I'd recommend the local coffee shop over the hotel coffee, personally. The indoor pool was a great way to start or end the day. Overall the staff and property were well worth the charges and helped provide for a great visit.」

「Yes, this place is a bit dated, but it is fairly priced. The free parking is an awesome perk, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice. If you're visting Asheville on a tight budget, I'd definitely recommend this place. 」

「Every aspect of this hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, kind, and warm. We got a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival. The staff at the roof top bar were also very friendly and made awesome drinks. We had our yellow lab with us and you could tell this is a pet friendly hotel. All of the staff wanted to say hello to her. The room was very comfy and the location was great. 」

「This hotel was booked as part of a last minute travel change. We chose it due to location and the look of the hotel. We absolutely loved the whole vibe, the staff and the valet. The hotel decor is beautiful and cozy. We were able to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Asheville in the future. 」

「This hotel was great for me and my wife's stay for our anniversary. The staff was nice and attentive to our needs. Our room was clean and we had a great view! The location is perfect. 「Charming hotel was an absolute gem of a place to stay in. We decided on Windsor over the Biltmore because the rooms are much more spacious and charming… a bit of history and yet with all modern amenities. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a cookie cutter Marriott room. Felt like home and we will stay again. 」

「I really enjoyed my three nights; price point, staff service, just the whole vibe of a busy hotel.
