「I stood here for 1 week with my family, including a 6 and 13 yr old. Let’s start with what’s important, The cleanliness, this was 20/10, it exceeded my expectations. I’m a very picky person when it comes to cleaning, and I’m glad everything was spotless. The communication was GREAT, the location was perfect. The apartment is very spacious. I have NO complaints. Everything was great!!! For sure I will stay here again.」

「Nate was an extremely accommodating host, and his apartment has everything you need for your stay. Location is 10 minutes from downtown and if you have a car, the parking spot in the back made it very convenient. Would highly recommend Nate’s apartment to anyone! 」

「You can tell the owners really care about their guests and their beautiful historic property. So much attention to detail and so many fun little extras, makeup wipes, extra hand towels. Music on in the room on arrival. Very serene and peaceful. Lovely decor and very comfortable beds. It really felt like home. The yard was gorgeous to look at in the morning. 「It was great to have an option for the garage space for parking. Spacious apartment in a convenient location near Wrigley Field. Well equipped kitchen, great living room. A workstation for hooking up a laptop to work comfortably. We will definitely stay here again!」
