「The home is an older home which appears to have been built in stages. The floors are quite creaky and the age shows throughout. The worst issue for us was the noise of the street out front. We had expected less traffic in such a small town, although the owner made no such claim. The beds were excellent and there was plenty of hot water. The furniture is in good shape. In view of the price we felt it was a good value.」

「If you are looking for a beautiful cabin that is tucked away from the center of town but a quick drive to the action, look no further! I stayed here with my mom, aunt, and my 1.5 year old daughter and we had the best time! The cabin is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The cabin is well-equipped so you have everything you need to relax and unwind. There is also an adorable farm next to the property. We would absolutely return here!」

「I cannot say enough how wonderful our stay was at Oak Manor. We stayed here for our daughter’s law school graduation and we had 15 family and friends join us. The house was exceptional. So clean and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals together and grilled out on the terrace. The property grounds are wonderful and we spent many hours on the terrace enjoying the views and comfy patio furniture. 「I was very pleased with this apartment. It was beautiful and very handy for my eclipse needs. I thought the pictures of it didn't do it justice! It was quiet and had everything I needed. 「I would recommend this home for anyone coming to the area. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a couple days or longer. Close to everything, very quiet neighborhood. Couldn't figure out how to lock the front door when leaving and had to call for help. Return call was very quick. There's a trick to locking the door. Must be one for the dishwasher too because I was unable to get it started when we left. Would definitely stay again if we had a group. Loved the color themes in the bedrooms.」

Some plumbing issues, with one toilet that continually clogged and standing water in the shower. Would like to see some area rugs & outdoor lighting added to the property.
