"Had a lovely time in your chateau, thanks very much. The house was really beautiful, loads of space and lots of quirky features like the piano, vintage bicycles and attic rooms. Lady next door selling local cognac was very friendly. At night the sky was so dark, excellent for stargazing. The river charente is lovely for swimming in. Super!"

"Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Use of grounds and pool. Very friendly, helpful, hosts gave lots of advice on things to do and places to visit and nothing was too much trouble. Enclosed garden to the cottage so our dog could be let off lead. Peaceful location, we had a great stay, thank you Jill and Phil."

"Our stay at Robert’s house far exceeded our expectations. The house is truly beautiful and it was well equipped for our large party. The pool area was a welcome relief from the heat and the shaded area meant we could use it even at the hottest part of the day. There are many beautiful towns around but the house was so nice we found it hard to leave! "We have had a lovely week at this house. The pool and garden were great for children and we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying this space. The local host Lucy was super helpful and quick to address any queries/ minor issues we had. Lovely picturesque area to cycle around. Play and picnic area and tennis court a short walk/ bike ride from the house which was enjoyed by children. A great place to relax and unwind thank you 😊"
