- The man at the front desk had a very bad attitude. When I checked in, he didn't even say hello; the first thing he did was let out a big sigh. Next, he checked the length of my stay and said, “Check-out is at 11:00. Sign here.” He needs to understand that the attitude of just one receptionist can have a huge impact on customer’s impression of this hotel.
- Even though I made sure to avoid booking a room without a window, my room didn't have one. The hotel should provide accurate and appropriate information to the online booking websites.
