「The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially Hind and Ishmael were outstanding. The breakfasts were extremely good and fulsome. We loved our bedroom which was huge and had a lovely terrace. It is about 25 minutes from the centre of Marrakech so a hire car is preferable, but an easy drive into town.」

When contacting the number on the booking we were told that the hotel was sold 1 year ago and no longer hosts people, she said she had no agreement with hotels.com. 5pm NYE we were stranded in the Agafay desert and had to sleep in the car at 5 degrees outside!!! P.s at the time the hotel was still available to be booked the same night on hotels.com and other platforms. Thanks for ruining our new years trip. 」

「This is a newer property and my wife and I were the first two to stay here using Expedia. First? this is a full apartment that will sleep a family of four. Its HUGE! Must be 1200 to 1500 sq ft. The apartment is very new. It may not look like mucj from the street, but the apartments are over the business( or at least it looms like it). Once you arrive, the owner will tell you how to access the gated underground parking garage. Very secure. Then you will take the elevator up to the second floor....
