「Need more improvement and add to bath amenities」

「Super kind reception, nice break fast and good location. I will stay again if I visit Marrakech.」

「Front staff’s attitude when we check in was very arrogant and no hospitality at all. 」

「I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options. The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend or stay again!」

「Traveled with 2 children and the water park was a significant factor in selecting the property. Overall the common areas are well done and nice - the rooms are old and dated. Food was basic and not the greatest. Selection of drinks were also not great. The mocktails were essentially the same with a different colour syrup. Alcohol was very low quality. If you are not looking for food, drink, or are ok with putting up with very old rooms, then book this resort. Staff were great.」
