Comfort Inn Dothan

The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was undergoing some renovation so there was minor inconvenience with that - ice machine on our floor was not working for example. One issue was the lack of electric outlets - made charging phones etc a problem.

My family and I actually stayed here twice in one week, once on our way to Florida and again on our way home. The rooms/bathrooms were clean, and the air worked great. They have some of the most comfortable beds and pillows! The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. If we travel that route again, we will stay here! I recommend!

An exterior door was messed up and we had to walk around building each time to get in. Otherwise nice place. Good breakfast.

It was a good experience overall. Staff was very help at front desk. I was a bit worried based off of the reviews but it’s totally the opposite of the negative reviews. I’ll stay again.

We always try to stay here when traveling from Florida. They have the most comfortable beds! The only trouble is they are in BADLY need of a remodel of at least their bathrooms. We actually stayed in two different rooms on this trips and both baths had mold in them and we wouldn’t use the shower/tub. I know they try their best to clean it but there is only so much you can do.

I have a special needs chid who needs a room he can be moved in. Before making reservation I asked Daphne at the front desk to see a room and she cheerfully and personally showed me one! We reserved and she ended up being the person checking us in and remembered our needs. All the staff was professional and above and beyond from the housekeeping to the front dest and breakfast service! Highly recommend this hotel!!

The property was your typical hotel. Rooms were pretty good and clean. Bathroom could use an upgrade but wasn’t horrible. Front desk staff was there but not very engaging. Didn’t seem very happy to be there. Did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on that area. All in all the hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay.

We got to our room late at night and found that the tv was not working.I called the front desk to let them know my concern and was moved to the room next door with no hesitation.The front desk attendant was very courteous and wanted to make sure that we was happy.I must say that the customer service at this hotel is superb and will be returning soon.
