「Wunderbar in der Natur gelegenes Häuschen mit traumhaftem Garten und großer Terrasse. Als Haustiere hatten wir Papageien und Wallabies. Im Haus ist ebenfalls sehr viel Platz und alles Nötige vorhanden. Agnes ist eine sehr nette und kommunikative Gastgeberin. Eine tolle Unterkunft!」

「The location is great however many aspects of the property were disappointing: Basins and kitchen sink were not cleaned properly, kitchen benches also not clean. The tea towels were marked and had holes despite there being new ones in the linen closet. Fridge hadn't been cleaned either. The back deck has holes which were covered by a rug that also has holes. 「Good location and basic but comfortable accommodation. Disappointed that there is no BBQ. Not sure how you can have an Aussie summer holiday without a barbie? Management was not at all sympathetic when t are 2 BBQs locked in the garage at the property. This needs to change.」

「We had a lot of fun at Blue Gum Retreat. We relaxed, read, listened to music, slept well and had fun together at the house and the surrounding area. We ate at home alot because of the fantastic views of the valley and mountains and outside furniture. Lawn games were fun on the lawn like bocce or Kubb. We also cooled off at the nearby Never Never Creek or a surf at at Hungry Head, a bush walk, or the awesome shops and cafes at Bellingen. We will be back!」
