Comfort apartment no. 1 on the first floor on the right (street side, without terrace)

Our COMFORTs have a size of approx. 45 m².
All our apartments have a bedroom (bed 140cm x 200cm) with TV, desk and wardrobe,
a living room with sofa bed (lying area 140 cm x 200 cm), desk, wardrobe, coffee table and TV,
a bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and a dining area.
Bed linen and towels are provided by the house.
Vacuum cleaners, brooms and wipers are available for cleaning the apartments yourself.
In the laundry room there are washing machines and dryers for our residents to use.
The following services are included in the monthly rent of €1790.00:

The following service is mandatory and will be charged on your final invoice:
