Climbing narrow staircases with loose and /or no railings. Recommend bedrooms on second floor with 2 piece bathroom added. #2. fire safety . One door in and out. Not sure how this could be better but I’d hate to have to climb out of the third floor bedrooms through a dormer window onto that steep...

I didn't have the confirmation email sent six months prior handy when I tried to check...
