Along with five caravans tucked into a field with grazing sheep behind them, they are within a short drive of the Abbotsbury Swannery, 5 miles, and subtropical gardens, and Weymouth, 7 miles, with its traditional seaside delights, beaches and sealife centre. Monkey World, the Bovington Tank Museum, Corfe Castle, the fascinating Maize Maze, Lulworth Cove, the Cerne Abbas Giant and historic town of Dorchester are among easily accessible attractions. Although it is small this cottage is very well equipped.

Although it is small this cottage is very well equipped. There has been lots of thought gone into ensuring a comfortable and safe stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Well-equipped accommodation in quiet surroundings

Primrose Cottage is a one-bedroomed conversion of part of a farm building that has a sofa-bed for 2 in the living room, but it would be crowded with 4 people staying there. The kitchen area is well equipped but be aware there is no oven, just a hob and a microwave with a grill in it. Separate laundry room nearby. Owners John and Juliet are very friendly and helpful and live on site. Convenient for Dorchester (10 minutes to centre of town) and local coastal towns.
