Peter, der uns das Haus zeigte, war sehr freundlich und angenehm, er reagierte sofort, als wir ihn wegen Algen im Pool kontaktierten. Das Problem wurde ohne Verzögerung behoben und hat unsere Freude am Pool nicht beeinträchtigt. Ein wenig Stauraum in den 2 kleineren Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss würde das Haus perfekt machen. "The room was clean and spacious. We loved the bar, kids areas, and bar staff was very friendly. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the front gate of Efteling, and drive-able to other restaurants and shopping. We loved having a market directly beneath the hotel. We just wished there was at least a mini refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. We bought some perishables (cheese, meats) from the market and couldn't store them anywhere cold. "

"Loved the location and the staff couldn’t have anymore friendly. We felt so welcome and safe. There were a couple of issues in our room, specifically the towel rail and toilet roll holder falling off the wall. The sliding bathroom door was also very rickety but the beds were so comfortable and our family room was perfect for us. The only other thing to mention was just outside of the hotel there were lots of bars which we didn’t hear any noise from but there was a lot of broken glass everywhere which with a 3 year old was a bit problematic. Not the hotel’s fault in the slightest but just something to watch out for. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved exploring Tilburg. Would stay again. "
