「Wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, with the most comfortable pillows I've ever encountered in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. They can also do food in the evening, which wasn't very well publicised. Thanks especially to Ahmed, who kindly recommended the dishes we should try...he was right, they were amazing!」
「Richtig sauberes Hotel, mit sehr gutem Service. Ich war positiv überrascht, meine 2 Nächte mit 2 Zimmer für 5 Personen waren äußerst angenehm.
Frühstück hatte ich nicht mitgebucht, da wir langschläfer sind.
Auch die zwei Restaurants sind sehr gut.
Also von mir eine klare Empfehlung. 」

Aksamları canlı muzik mevcut odalara bıraz ses gelebılır bunu bilmenizde fayda var aksam muzik sesinden rahatsız olmazsanız onun dışında harıka bır otel. Çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililer 」

The hotel has great access to the old town and the city center, where many sightseeing spots are concentrated. We can enjoy the view of Mount Erciyes and Mount Ali from the breakfast room on the eighth floor and our room on the seventh floor. The room we stayed at was quiet and comfortable enough for us to sleep well. The hotel owner is friendly and helpful.

「Klima veya vantilatör yok yeni bina olduğu için olmaya bilir ama eklense çok iyi olur. Duş başlığı kırıktı takip edilip yenilenmeli onun dışında çok güzel tavsiye ederim. 」
