Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. would defiantly be going back there, my two young girls absolutely loved the place it was so peaceful and tranquil. we didn't stay in the glamping tents but our two bedroom villa was better than expected, everything we needed! The view from our room and the restaurant are exactly what the photos show, stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed the food, the massages and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Its a bit of a drive to any of the main shopping areas but very much worth it for the peaceful and private location of this resort. We are already planning a trip back."

"Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there "

"We stayed in a Villa which was beautiful. Private surrounding but right in the heart of Kuta. Staff were helpful and breakfast was amazing. Not brand new but looked after and not mouldy smell in the room. Our friends stayed next to us and loved their stay also."

"My room has a view of the pool, there was 3 lifts to this huge hotel, but 2 was awaiting maintenance and was turning off. The view from the breakfast restaurant was all that this over priced hotel was worth paying for."

"We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful....
