A fully renovated 4 bed/4 bath property in the heart of Doncaster. A quiet house located 2mins from the race course and the DRI hospital. 5min from the supermarkets, safari park, and The Dome (the local sports centre). Doncaster/Sheffield airport 15mins drive. Sheffield 25min drive Fenced garden with decking. SKY TV 500mbps broadband. Driveway for 2 cars. EV charger (costs apply) Hot Tub (costs apply) Games console room with board games, Wii u & PlayStation 4 (costs apply) Newly decorated property throughout, all 4 bedrooms are furnished with John Lewis furniture, extremely comfortable beds with ironed sheets and Egyptian Cotton towels. Thick beautiful carpet throughout the house and large screen TVs with SKY entertainment package/Netflix/Disney to entertain everyone. Relax in our large leather sofas or chill out in our massive kitchen diner with your friends or family. Our kitchen is fully equipped for everyone, from the double oven to the cake mixer you can guarantee you’ll love cooking in our kitchen, not forgetting the coffee machine! Relaxing and powerful showers in all 4 of our bathrooms, instant hot water and shower gel and shampoo included for all. The Garden is paved and has a bbq area, a decking area and a hot tub private section. Enjoy the outside space in this secure and beautiful garden whatever the weather, we even have a fire pit for those chilly evenings! The garden also has a sheltered hot tub ( for up to 6 people) area for hire should you wish to really relax with a glass of something nice in 38 degrees water! We also have a fun filled games console room (board games, Wii u & PlayStation 4) for hire to add to the entertainment. If you own an electric car, we have an EV charger to keep you topped up for a small fee. Off street parking for 2 cars Lots of local attractions; Doncaster Race Course, Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Peak District National Park, Old Moor Wetlands, Sheffield Botanical Gardens, Rother Valley Country Park, Tropical Butter House, Wild4life And Falconry Centre, Xscape, The Savoy Doncaster, Doncaster Dome, Sheffield Arena, Valley Centertainment, Coinsborough Castle, Brodsworth Hall and Gardens + Much More!! Access to entire house. Very near to the local bus service to take you in to the town centre and around Doncaster. Our Hot Tub is available at an extra cost, please request the use of hire in your enquiry and a quote will be sent to you. The Games room is available at an extra cost, please request the use of hire in your enquiry and a quote will be sent to you. Stay for chess players

Absolutely spot on in every way. Everything was thought through except lol only two coat hangers each. Have already rebooked.
