* Fully equipped modern kitchen with island and seating for up to 8, 50” smart tv, utility with washing machine, iron, ironing board.

*French doors open out into the garden. Fully enclosed south facing garden/Patio.

*Spacious living room with ample seating, 50” smart tv, Floor lamp, nest of tables.

*Bedroom’s include 2x double, 1x King and 1x single.

*Access with the lockbox, code will be provided before arrival.

*Guests can contact us by phone throughout their stay.

In an Emergency/imminent threat to life call 999.

Any escape of water/leak please call us immediately.

Non emergency's please call/text between the hours of 8am and 9pm during normal working hours/days- Monday-Friday. Not including the Christmas period/New Year and Bank Holidays.

Security deposit is required before check in, along with a valid form of photo ID. Self check-in will not be available and access denied should this not be completed and may result in the booking being cancelled. The Host reserves the right to deny access and or attend the property then at their convenience to assist with check-in and an additional fee applied for the inconvenience payable by the guest. Please specify the rooms/beds required for the as per the booking before arrival. If this is not specified bedrooms/beds will be best suited to the number of guests on the booking.

Good location

We rented for a race meetkng at Doncaster which is 5 minutes walk away. Heating and TV didnt work on arrival but very quickly fixed when raised. Overall lovely home ideal location for race course.

Misleading listing

Spotlessly clean, refurbished. Automatic dryer icon. No automatic dryer. Very few furnishings, not minimilistic, just sparse. Bare minimumkitchen supplies: No coffee pot, no broom and dust pan, no dish drying rack. Had to beg for more than two bath towels for a fortnight stay. No hand towels.Check-in a nightmare. After receipt of full payment, they demanded a digital copy of my passport. Now they not only have all my credit card info, they also have all my passport info which can be easily cloned. WHY do they need that???
