"Staff was curt and arrogant. I’m a frequent user of Hilton properties at various international locations, and infrequently encounter the attitude displayed by this gentleman. Not staying there again and I plan multiple trips to New Brunswick over the next 6 years. You don’t need my business. "

"Bed mattress sagged on the side closest to the pullout bed and TV, like someone had sat there a lot. The room was noisy due to the highway traffic. Breakfast was very basic."

"Everything was wonderful. Best Western always makes my stay a pleasant one. I use this hotel at least twice a year when visiting family. "

"The hotels.com and Motel6 was crazily inflexible. I'd accidentally booked a smoking room (apparently that is still a thing), and despite there being 6 empty non-smoking rooms they could not just move me into another room without having me pay for both rooms. The guy was like: "computer says no"."

"Hotel was fine…just old and HVAC is questionable…they only have heat or no heat in all buildings…outcome was super hot when we returned at night and we told to turn off the fan and open a window…there is no way (in any building at Rutgers) to adjust cold or heat settings 😳"
