  • A two-story end-of-row house in a panoramic location with ocean views. <br>On the upper floor is the living room with a kitchenette and a 30-square-meter covered veranda where you can enjoy an incredible view; unparalleled peace and quiet.<br>On the first floor, there are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms overlooking the garden, along with an outdoor hot-water shower.<br>The house’s location allows easy access to all the most beautiful beaches in Chia, Teulada, Pula, and Santa Margherita, as well as points of interest such as the ruins of Nora, one of the most important archaeological sites in the Mediterranean (a 7-minute drive)<br>Furthermore, Cagliari and its wonderful historic center are just 40 minutes away, where you can visit museums and exhibitions, sample Sardinian cuisine, and go shopping. <br>For nature lovers, the Is Cannoneris Forest with its stunning waterfalls is a 35-minute drive away.<br>Also just 35 minutes away are the Is Zuddas Caves and the Gutturu Mannu Nature Reserve.<br>The water park is 15 minutes away, while the adventure park—where you can swing through the trees—is just 4 minutes away. <br>And this is just the beginning… discover Sardinia!

Tutto molto bello e vicino alle spiagge meravigliose! L'appartamento molto curato con spazi esterni, giardino e zona BBC! Un piccolo neo, non siamo riusciti a vedere la TV (Ora risolto!)

Alles in Einem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Feriendomizil. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kühl und sauber! Auch der Hausbesitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine klare Empfehlung.
