Villa in Domburg near North Sea Beach

This luxurious, detached villa is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features a spacious living room with a smart TV and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. There are eight bedrooms, two on the ground floor, all with two single Auping box-spring beds, some arranged as doubles. Three bathrooms provide convenience one on the ground floor with a shower and sauna, and two on the first floor, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Separate toilets are available on both floors. The villa is child-friendly, offering two cots, high chairs, and handcarts. Located in Domburg, this villa is just a short distance from the North Sea beach, ideal for seaside walks and water activities. The town center boasts cozy cafes, fresh markets, and boutique shops. Golf lovers can visit the nearby Domburgsche Golf Club, while nature enthusiasts can explore the Manteling nature reserve. The area is also home to historic sites, cycling routes, and seafood restaurants, perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. Outside, the villa has a large garden with a furnished terrace. A storage room includes a washing machine and dryer for convenience. Parking is available for four cars, making it ideal for families or groups. Several other villas in the area can accommodate six to sixteen guests, offering a variety of options for different group sizes. Note: Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Hof Domburg/Buitenhof/Wijngaerde/Bos&Duin will be closed from 03.11.25 to 10.11.25. You are most welcome to come and swim in the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort. "Due to a fire in the wellness center at Roompot Hof Domburg, the swimming pool, bowling alley, and wellness facilities (De Parel) are currently closed.”

Unsere Gruppe bestand aus 15 Erwachsenen. Das Haus war sehr geräumig. Geräumige Küche, geräumige Schlafzimmer. Da wir am liebsten selbst kochen, brauchen wir mehr und bessere Pfannen, Schüsseln, Glasplatten usw. Es gab 2 Kühlschränke mit kleinem Gefrierfach. Das war nicht bequem. Würde einen größeren Gefrierschrank bevorzugen. Großer Garten mit Gartenmöbeln. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und der Strand ist wunderschön und zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich fand es verwirrend und unklar, mit zwei Parteien Geschäfte zu machen. (Belvilla und Roompot) Zuerst bezahlen Sie das Haus an Belvilla und dann zahlen Sie die Kaution, Bettwäsche, Kurtaxe usw. an Roompot. Sehr verwirrend. Endlich sind inzwischen alle Haushalte mit Ladestationen für Elektroautos ausgestattet.

Eine schöne Anlage in guter Nähe zum Strand und Domburg. Wir haben ein Haus (Typ FV16 Komfort) für 14 Personen 1 Kleinkind gebucht. Die Lage im Südlichen Teil des Parks (Golfbreeker) ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Das EG mit Garte, Wohnzimmer und Küche hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus selbst ist allerdings sehr sehr hellhörig. Die Bäder sind recht klein und haben kaum(!) Ablageflächen. Die Schlafzimmer selber sind recht groß, es könnten aber auch noch Schränke/Kommoden/Möbel/Haken zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Buchung und Service sind sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Alles in allem aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet einen ausgezeichneten Unterschlupf, aber es sieht schmuddelig aus, ist nicht wirklich sauber: Schmutzige Kanten, die Möbel, besonders die großen, sind kaputt und voller Löcher, was aussieht wie Katzenkratzer…. Unhygienisch und ungepflegt, die Anmeldung am Servicepoint war unklar, es gab noch eine nicht korrekte Rechnung, die Schwimmbadpässe konnten nicht ausgestellt werden, weil das Druckgerät kaputt war… alles in allem etwas Ärger zum Anfang! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit wegen der schönen Umgebung und des schönen Wetters, die Kinder genossen auch den Pool. Aber Preisqualität nicht im Gleichgewicht!

Die Hütte selbst war in Ordnung. Die Abwicklung der Reservierung war ein Chaos. Nach der Zahlung bei Belvilla erhielt ich zwei weitere Rechnungen von Roompot. Auch die reservierte Bettwäsche war nicht durchgekommen. Erst als ich im Park anrief, um weitere Fragen zu stellen, erfuhr ich, dass die Bettwäsche nicht angekommen war. Am Tag der Ankunft wurde ich angerufen, wann wir ankommen würden, während eine frühere E-Mail bestätigt hatte, dass wir gegen 16 Uhr dort sein würden. Bei der Ankunft wurde kaum etwas erklärt, sondern uns wurden nur die Schlüssel übergeben. Zwei Stunden nach dem Einchecken wurden wir angerufen, ob wir noch einchecken könnten. Die Rezeption schien nicht in Ordnung zu sein. Das Haus selbst war in Ordnung, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Dorf und dem Strand entfernt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
