"I was so hesitant to book this hotel simply because I've had bad experiences at other comfort inn hotels, but we we were exhausted on our way home from San Francisco for medical appointments. I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The front desk agents were super friendly and the lobby was clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location with good food options and stores near by. I will note that the hotel is very dimly lit. The hallways and parking lot were pretty dark. At check in there was another guest complaining about the remote in her room not working, and when we got to our room we noticed that backing for our rooms remote was missing and the guide and menu buttons did not work. It wasn't really a big deal to us though. A side note on something that's not really on the hotel, but we did notice a loaded hypodermic needle on the sidewalk right outside. So maybe be vigilant in the parking lot if you have pets or young children. "
"The facility is rather new, very clean, and comfortable. The location isn’t the greatest but to have a kitchenette while on the road is definitely a plus. I’ve stayed at other ESA facilities further south on 101 and they get 1 Star reviews. This one is a good one!"
