The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

O que falta na pousada é uma piscina aquecida por está na serra e no frio faz diferença na região. Também poderiam servir um café da tarde, alguma refeição além do café da manhã que já tem na diária, que é muito bom.
