"After a few texts with Michael of the facility, I gave up expecting anything...we booked on line a room with a couch, table and chair..received a King room with a tv and a chair at the desk...no other furniture...I was able the receive straight back chair from the conference room...there were also NO pool towels available during our stay. I have been staying at these hotels for years...never had any problems...will look elsewhere in the future...Dennis Robbins not worth the money paid."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. PROS: - extremely comfortable beds; curtains made the room very dark and AC provided some white noise in the background; we slept very well! - covered patio was nice - pool was lovely, as were the chairs/loungers around the pool - excellent breakfast with lots of variety; potatoes were especially delicious - plenty of hot water for a bath CONS: - internet was very slow on the 4th floor; tried to download the IHG app and it took 8 minutes to download (it was speedy in the breakfast lounge, though) - smell of marijuana on the patio on two of the three nights - vending machine ate my coins and gave no change - the phone in our room had no cord, so we couldn't use it - water has a strong chlorine smell to it; tried to fill up a water bottle with water from the tap, but it was unpleasant to drink"

"The room was clean. The pool deck had little bits of tissue paper and debris that did not get removed overnight. The pool deck was not tidied up overnight either, chairs straightened etc."

"Brian was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. The property is as advertised and we would stay again. Although the pool and boat slip/dock areas are shared, each condo has it's own little patio space so we felt like we had our own little outdoor space as well."

"The apartment was pretty much as advertised, and is small. It was clean and ready for us to move in. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, they were both very nice. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and very nice. Our only complaint was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable and there’s only one TV with an antenna in the living room. "

"The host was very welcoming, the house was clean and had a great beach vibe to fix the winter blues. The neighborhood was pretty cool too very quiet. We did walk every morning and it was neat seeing them burrowing owls. The town was close enough to Fort Myers. We enjoyed the non screened pool and the many areas to relax. We would return again. "
