「I'm not here to say bad things about the property but this is my experience there. I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. 「We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Felicidad for our stay. The beautiful front doors were a welcome site and just a hint of what it was like inside. If you appreciate solid mahogany doors and woodwork you will love the Felicidad. The staff was courteous, polite , professional and accommodating. 「The guard on duty and everyone in general are very hospitable and respectful. They help you with your needs to ensure you have a comfortable and efficient stay not just at their hotel but also in Vigan.」

Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. 」
