"My family had a wonderful stay. The gite is thoughtfully designed and very well equipped. The furnishings are up-to-date and everything works well. The beds are comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub are delightful. The garden is charming and we enjoyed playing badminton. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of helpful information. "Accueil très agréable par la voisine. Le logement est en bordure de route très bruyante même de nuit (camions, tracteurs, ...), le logement n'ayant pas de double vitrage la gène est très importante. Équipement de la cuisine insuffisant, 3 bols ébréchés, couteaux très vieux, pas de grille pain, pas de poêle, les équipements en téflon sont endommagés (le téflon part à la cuisson) pas de presse purée. Salles de bain sans VMC. Une porte de chambre ne ferme pas, pas de barre anti-chute pour les...

"We had a brilliantly relaxing holiday at Nathalie and Luc's stunning property. The house, the pool, the area was perfect for our family and we enjoyed lazy days by the pool, BBQs and trips out to La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin and La Tranche Sur mer which were all within half an hour. Nathalie and Luc were great hosts, giving us all the information we needed aswell as some great recommendations for the local area. We won't hesitate to recommend or revisit."

"Nice hotel, room clean. The actual town itself is rundown and doesn’t offer much facilities. The restaurant was nice but doesn’t cater much for non meat eaters. We had a dog with us and were given a disabled room with its own door to the car park. The dog was also allowed to come with us to the restaurant."

Quick stop on way to ferry

"It is very functional and it was clean and tidy but there is barley enough room to walk round the bed or turnaround in the bathroom On the plus side the receptionist was lovely and breakfast was good It’s very easy to get to the supermarket where there were places to eat "

"I booked for 9 people, 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids. They provided 3 rooms, fitting 1 or 2 adults per room. Not the best idea if the family wanta to stay together. The rooms were clean, but very minimalistic and tiny. Reception was servicing french speaking guests first, then the rest. One of the rooms was not prepared for our arrival. I would never come back as a family, however i might stay as a single person."
